There are three parts to the System:
GLUING - Placing the cover through a gluing machine to apply the glue
ALIGNMENT - Placing the cover,
glued side up, on an Alignment Table.
Here is where you place the binder
board onto the cover.
EDGE TURNER - Turning in the
edges of the glued cover around
the binder board, providing you with
the finished hard cover.
It's that simple!

Model Herold (two-roller system)
Two-roller gluing machine with variable speed via frequency converter and swiveling glue pot. For processing cold and warm glue, even glue application. Motor drive 230 volt alternating current.

Edge wrapping device for turning in edges quickly and cleanly. Warm glue requires approx. 1 second of contact time and cold glue approx. 2 – 3 seconds of contact time.
